CQ7530, CQ7550 CNC lathe is a double spindle, double tool rack special CNC lathe developed for automobile axle turning processing. The machine is equipped with special hydraulic workpiece bracket for axle processing to realize automatic positioning, loading and unloading of axle, convenient and reliable operation. The machine is not only suitable for axle processing, but also for both ends of similar axle, axle and other parts turning at the same time.
The X direction of CQ7530 machine adopts roller linear guide pair, Z direction adopts high stiffness, wide rectangular hardened guide, the machine has good rigidity and high processing efficiency.
CQ7550 machine X/Z direction are roller linear guide pair, machine equipped with light screen detection, mobile control box, more suitable for automatic line production and processing.
